Customs Clearance

Arrival at a U.S. gateway, automated Type 11, Type 1 B2B2C, or Type 13 entry filing via National Brokers and Forwarders Inc., PGA data submission (CPSC and FDA) through RUDEE, and same-day release.

Last-Mile Delivery

Transfer to the optimized delivery network with real-time tracking to the final U.S. address.

Ground

Most economical. 3–8 days after customs clearance, up to 75 lb.

Expedited

2–5 days after customs clearance, up to 25 lb.

Expedited Max

Day-definite 2–3 day workshare model, up to 25 lb. The only day-definite option of its kind in the U.S. market.
